CLAREMONT, Calif. —On Saturday, despite whatever inclimate weather may be on the forecast for Southern California, the gun will go off and 354 runners, representing four conferences and 21 schools, will try to punch their ticket to the NCAA Division III national cross country meet by placing high enough in the West Regional hosted by Occidental College at Pomona-Pitzer.
